Fall Solar Savings Contest

Rules of Entry: Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of NC Solar Now and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The contest begins on October 1, 2024 and ends on October 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter, complete the entry form, like and follow NC Solar Now on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, and share the contest with family and friends. All steps must be completed to qualify.
4. Prize: One winner will receive a Free EV Charger valued at $600. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, and the winner will be notified via email or phone.
6. Winner’s Obligations: The winner must respond to the notification within two weeks to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternative winner will be selected.
7. Publicity: By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by NC Solar Now without additional compensation.
8. General Conditions: NC Solar Now reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed fraudulent or violates these terms and conditions. The contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability: NC Solar Now is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or late entries, or any other problems that may affect the entry process or contest results.
